Q: Where does Empeiria Beauty source its raw hair? We personally visited Vietnam to select premium bundles from ethical suppliers. This direct sourcing guarantees luxury, consistency and ethical integrity.
Q: What makes Empeiria Beauty Hair different? We avoid generic factory hair and instead sourced premium Vietnamese hair directly, ensuring quality, cuticle alignment, and longevity through testing and inspection.
Q: Is the hair tangle-free and shed-resistant? Yes. Our cuticle-aligned raw bundles are selected for minimal shedding and tangling when properly cared for.
Q: Can the hair be bleached or coloured?
Yes! Our raw Vietnamese hair lifts beautifully up to platinum blonde (613). Always use a professional stylist and deep condition after any colouring or bleaching.

Q: What textures do you offer? We offer three premium raw textures to suit different styles and preferences. All our textures are 100% raw and each bundle comes in its natural state with slight variations, a mark of true authenticity.

- Double drawn (DD) = thick from root to tip with minimal short hairs.

- Closures/Frontals: Up to 26 inches
Q: How many bundles do I need for a full install?
- 14” and below: 2–3 bundles
- 16” – 24”: 3 bundles
- 26” – 30”: 3–4 bundles

Lace Products & Wigs
Q: What lace options are available?
We use only HD Swiss Lace - ultra-thin, soft, and undetectable.
Available sizes:
- Closures: 2x6, 5x5, 6x6, 7x7
- Frontals: 13x4, 13x6
Q: Are your wigs pre-styled or customised?
No. Wigs are factory made to order and arrive unstyled, giving you full creative control with your stylist.
Q: Can I request a custom wig or colour?
Yes. Email us at contact@ebhair.uk or message custom wig / custom colour for bespoke colour or custom wig builds.
What are your payment options?
We accept Klarna, Clearpay, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Q: Where’s my order confirmation email?
Please check your spam folder. If you still don’t see it, contact us with your full name and order date.
Q: Can I get an order update?
Absolutely. Use the Track Order page or contact us with your order number.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by region. Customs charges (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

For international orders, customs charges may apply. These are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. Please check your country’s import regulations before purchasing.

Please note: Orders placed after 5pm, on weekends or bank holidays will begin processing the next working day. We do not dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays.
Returns & Refunds
Can I cancel or change my order?
Of course. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order is being prepared, we may not be able to make further changes.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We want you to feel confident ordering with us. Unused and unworn hair can be returned in its original packaging, provided it has not been altered or customised.
Custom-made, pre-dyed or altered items cannot be returned once prepared specifically for you.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact contact@ebhair.uk within 72 hours of delivery and we’ll be happy to help.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days. Your bank or payment provider may take a little longer to show the funds in your account.
How do I request a return?
Simply email contact@ebhair.uk with your order number and we’ll guide you through the next steps. We aim to respond within 1 working day.
