Q: What does double drawn and super double drawn mean?
- Double drawn (DD) = thick from root to tip with minimal short hairs.

- Super double drawn (SD) = extra fullness and density at the ends, available in Sleek & Raw Straight.

• Bundles: Up to 30 inches
• Closures/Frontals: Up to 26 inches

Q: How many bundles do I need for a full install?

• 14” and below: 2–3 bundles
• 16” – 24”: 3 bundles
• 26” – 30”: 3–4 bundles
  Include a closure or frontal for a full look.

Q: What lace options are available?
We use only HD Swiss Lace - ultra-thin, soft, and undetectable.

Q: Are your wigs pre-styled or customised?
No. Wigs are factory made to order and arrive unstyled, giving you full creative control with your stylist.

Q: Can I request a custom wig or colour?
Yes. Email us at contact@ebhair.uk or message custom wig / custom colour for bespoke colour or custom wig builds.

Due to hygiene, returns are only accepted for unused hair in original packaging. Custom wigs, used items, and pre-dyed hair are non-refundable.
